beginners pilates course
Pilates is a safe, gentle, but effective, way to exercise, involving small movements targeting core muscles, suitable for all.
The course will be held over 6 weeks and will include:
1. an introduction to body posture and how Pilates can help with alignment
2. working through progressive modern Pilates exercises highlighting the main muscle groups impacted
You will leave confident to practice Pilates safely in the comfort of your own home or participate in any Pilates group classes.

Price: £48 for full 6 weeks (plus free drink per class)
