bank holiday coffee

The early may bank holiday is coming to Frodsham this weekend! 

This bank holiday didn’t actually exist in the UK until 1978 which was the last time the government added a new one (booooo). Scotland has had it since 1871 though which means the scots have had 107 extra days off since 1871, that’s a little bit unfair if you ask me.  

Bank holiday Monday is also often celebrated as the first day of summer…although my heating bill might not agree! Either way we’ll of course be open throughout the entire three-day weekend to serve you our delicious coffees and cakes. 

Coffee goes really well with bank holidays (not scientifically proven).  We hope you’ll pay us a visit x
