about us

i started out this business as a ‘we’ with my wonderful Australian friend who i found in Sydney while working in advertising together.

we both found ourselves back in the UK missing the australian coffee culture we had become so accustomed to, and both seeking a new challenge in life which is how brew + tucker was born.

we opened the doors to our coffee shop in 2017 and haven’t looked back since. i now own the business by myself but it couldn’t be done without the support of my aussie mate and the wonderful staff i employ (many of which have been with us since day one). 

we are not just colleagues but a work family which i strongly believe creates the special atmosphere of our coffee shop – a space where everyone is welcome and the whole community can enjoy.
