love coffee to the bones?
As if we needed ANOTHER reason to reach for another cup of coffee there is now new evidence to show that drinking coffee promotes bone mineral density (a key indicator of strong healthy bones).
An osteoporosis study in Hong Kong* compared coffee drinkers vs. non coffee drinkers and found the coffee drinking group to have ‘significantly higher bone mineral density’ that were less likely to fracture.
Now given my clumsy nature AND my love of coffee this is music to my ears! Pass me another flat white.
